Returns are a breeze at FootSwell! We can accept returns for merchandise for up to 60 days from the date on your receipt. We are happy to issue a refund of your purchase price minus all non-refundable shipping and order processing fees. We only ask that you return your purchase in unused, resalable condition with its original packaging (i.e. shoe box, etc.) intact.
Below are specific instructions regarding returning your merchandise:
60-Day Return Details
Your purchase must be in its original condition including all original packaging; documentation, manuals/inspections, and all parts and accessories. Marks or defacement on any packaging will affect our acceptance of your return. If these return requirements are not met, any refund forthcoming may be reduced by the application of a damaged goods fee, or be returned to you with no refund issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for our receipt and processing of your return. Shoes must be in original, unworn condition. Be sure to try on your purchase inside on carpet before wearing outside. Shoes returned as an unmatched pair (different left and right) will be returned with no refund issued. If we accept your return for a refund, a credit for the purchase price, less shipping and processing fees, will be issued to the same form of payment as your original purchase.

The RETURN MERCHANDISE Form or MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE Form must be included with your return or exchange for it to be considered for credit, refund or exchange.
Package your return with all of its original packaging in resalable condition in its original shipping box or a cardboard box of sufficient strength for shipping. Missing components, like shoe boxes, laces, or other components will affect the amount we refund to you.

Write in the subject of the email “Return” or “Exchange” and put your order number to speed the processing of your return or exchange.
We will issue a return label to ship the return to us via United States Postal Service (USPS). Simply affix the label to your return or exchange and drop it off at your local U.S. Post Office.
Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will process your return less the shipping and processing fees of $9.95 for each pair of shoes returned or exchanged.
We cannot accept returns originating outside the continental United States.
We do everything we can to get your order to you quickly and efficiently. If you refuse delivery of your shipment and it is returned to us, however, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee.
Returning a Gift
FootSwell can only accept returns or exchanges for items given as a gift from the original purchaser. Refunds will be credited to the purchaser using the same form of payment as the original purchase. Follow the instructions under “Returning or Exchanging an Item by United States Postal Service”.
Footswell can accept returns for merchandise for up to 60 days from the date you receive it. Incorrect Merchandise Received
We do our best to ship get every shipment 100% correct. If you received an item in error, however, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-737-1017 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to return the incorrect item.
Damaged/Defective Merchandise Returns
Footswell inspects and packages every shipment to arrive in the same brand new condition as we sent it to you. If you receive an item you that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-737-1017 or send an email to email@example.com for instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item
